If your promo code doesn't work, it's likely that you haven't confirmed your email address prior to applying it. If you try to apply a promo code and you receive a pop-up message that states you must first confirm your email address please do the following:
- Select the Send Email button in the pop-up.
- You will then receive and email with the subject line "Confirm Your Email."
If you do not receive an email in your inbox, please check your junk folder, or your promotions folder if you use Gmail.
- Open the email and select Verify Email to confirm your email address. Then you can enter your promo code.
*Note, you may need to re-login to your WEYV account again once you click on this button, if you are not logged in already.
Note that some promo codes are associated with specific email addresses so be sure you're using the correct email address to sign-up.
