Chrome recently changed their settings, which does not allow Mac-based users to autoplay items from third party applications. If you are attempting to autoplay an item you received from a WEYV email or social media post, and you are using Chrome on your Mac, please do the following:

  1. Open Chrome from your Mac.
  2. Click on Chrome in the top left, then Preferences.
  3. Scroll down and click Advanced at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Under Privacy and Security, select Content Setting, then Sound.
  5. Add to be allowed to the list.
